About the author: Steve Tolbert published nine young adult novels between 1991 and 2010. His two adult novels – Playing Lady Gaga, Being Nan Pau (2017) and Last Stop Ladakh (2021) – are set in Myanmar and Northern India respectively. Nowhere Man and the Roadkill Lady (2024) is his first book with Forty South Publishing.
