This is a very nice, rift to plain-sawn Texas Bodark board. The color is the strong golden-yellow of fresh-cut Bodark heartwood with a very light shading of reddish spalting on the annotated surface (top photo). It has a very attractive undulating grain pattern. (Note - the color of both photos is off, as well as the visibility of that attractive grain pattern. I am still struggling with a new camera and variable/outdoor lighting!)
I see no cracks, checks or other significant flaws.

Not worth it
These things suck the screw in the middle keeps falling of by just moving the thing from one place to another I already lost two screws that fell apart and with it the magnet. Very dissapointed I wouldn’t waste my money
