Simply place a steamer on the shower floor and let the steam activate the strong menthol aroma for an elevated self-care ritual.
How to use Magnesium Mist:
Simply shake the Magnesium Oil bottle lightly, and spray 2-3 pumps on the bottom of feet and/or stomach, massage into skin. Use morning & night. You may experience a tingling sensation when you first start to use it, this will decrease over time. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend adding 1 tablespoon of distilled water to your bottle and shake. Wash hands after use.
