PRS starts out the Hollowbody II Piezo with a truly impressive hollow body made of a maple top and back with mahogany sides. This combination of woods comes together in PRS's classic double-cutaway form, creating an image of quality while providing a tonal clarity with unmatched resonance. The body features a violin top carve that makes for a smooth and form-fitting feel in hand and in the arms.

The PRS experience moves from there with a one-piece mahogany neck in a PRS Pattern profile. Two output jacks appear on this Hollowbody II Piezo, one for its humbuckers and one for its piezo system. Through these options, guitarists can choose to plug into a variety of amps or soundboards to capture electric and acoustic tonality. Additionally, a separate blend control allows the sounds of the Hollowbody II's 58/15 LT humbuckers through a single output.

This guitar's PRS Adjustable Piezo Stoptail bridge includes six individual piezo-equipped saddles to work with its proprietary electronics to better achieve electric and acoustic sounds in one instrument.
