Shipping

Order will be processed/shipped on the next business day, if an order is placed on a weekend or holiday. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Where do we ship?

We ship to all 50 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is currently free (limited time) within the contiguous United States. There are additional shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii ($399 per large item ordered). Shipping fees for products that have been delivered to an address in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.

Carrier & Delivery Times

We use UPS Ground for most of our products. Delivery times will vary based on location and product availability. A signature is required for large heavy items at the time of delivery and denotes that the product was received and is damage free unless otherwise noted by the delivery team member.

Typically it will take 1-5 business days depening on your location in the continental states.
Shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska varies.

Shipping confirmation / Order tracking

Once we have received your order and gotten it ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s).

Warranty

What is covered?

Any defect in material and workmanship from personal, normal household use in accordance with the Owner’s Manual.

2 years, from date of purchase

What we will do?

If your Auxx-Lift Product is defective, we will send replacement parts or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you after the defective product is returned to Sullivane Quipment Co. If we send replacement parts for your Auxx-Lift Product, we may use new or reconditioned parts. If we choose to replace your Auxx-Lift Product, we may replace it with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design.

How to get warranty service?

To get warranty service for your Auxx-Lift Product, you must provide proof of date and place of purchase of the product. Trained representatives will assist in diagnosing the problem and will arrange to supply you with required parts for repairs or replacement product after defective product is returned to Sullivane Quipment Co.

Warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover installation commercial use, defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service location or damage resulting from altercations misuses or abuse, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repair or modifications of the product, affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, staples through wiring, pinched or broken wires, broken cables power outages, use of extension cords, missing or damaged parts or discounted clearance, final sale or taped cartons fire, flood, acts of God, or failure to follow the Owner’s Manual. This warranty is the only one we will give on your Auxx-Lift Product. There are no other express warranties. Customer pays for shipping on warranty replacements.

Returns

We offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products (excluding custom made products which are final sale and non-refundable). There is a 25% restocking fee. All return items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged units. The product must be unaltered and in original, new condition. Return shipping charges to Sullivane Quipment Co must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.

Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
