If you love a T-Bone, get ready to meet its bigger, bolder brother. The Porterhouse is thick, packed with rich, beefy flavor, and loaded with an extra-generous portion of tenderloin for that melt-in-your-mouth experience. With its signature T-shaped bone and premium cut from the short loin, this is the kind of steak you find at high-end steakhouses—only now, it’s right here, fresh from our farm.

A Porterhouse is a steak lover’s dream because it’s as versatile as it is impressive. Fire it up on the grill, sear it in a cast-iron skillet, or finish it in the oven—this cut can handle it all. It’s a forgiving steak, so even if you’re not a pro, you’ll still end up with a restaurant-worthy bite. For the perfect finish, toss a little butter on top a few minutes before pulling it off the heat.

Thick, tender, and packed with flavor, our Porterhouse is the real deal. Average size is 27 ounces, but expect a little natural variation—because when it comes to quality, we keep it real. Ferry Farms – Raising quality, delivering flavor. On the farm and on the fork, it’s better quality. Period.

Great way to introduce children to drag queens and gender transition
Format: Paperback
This is a nice story about a little girl (in 5th grade) who lives with her mom and uncle who is a drag queen. Over the course of the story, she realizes that the reason she doesn’t like make-up, jewelry, dresses, and nail polish is NOT because she has watched a grown man wear those things her entire life. And it isn’t because some girls just don’t like those things. It is because she is really a boy. She transitions to a boy and is finally happy. This is a great story to introduce children to drag queens and the idea that if they aren’t stereotypical girls or boys, they might be born in the wrong body. Happiness can be found living a life pretending to be the sex that you are not.

Amazing!
Format: Kindle
My diverse literature professor required we read this book for a literature circle assignment. I absolutely adore this book! It was a window inside the life of a transgender child. Juvenile content for young readers but a serious and important overall theme. I highly recommend.
