The Gretsch Synchromatic Collection series of guitars step up to the plate to deliver on next-level Gretsch style more accessibly. In short, the Synchromatic Falcon is a marvelous instrument – a knockout both visually and audibly. This all starts with a 2.5" deep arched laminated maple body with a Semi-Arc bracing design. Fitted for balancing comfortable playability with its big-and-bold body shape, the Synchromatic Falcon is both a true showman and light on its four-toed, taloned feet.

This bird welcomes at this point a Classic "C"-shaped maple neck. Reaching out for a sleek feel in hand, this neck is coupled with an ebony fingerboard featuring twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets and measuring with a twelve-inch radius. The Synchromatic Falcon is effortlessly playable with this twelve-inch radius as it facilitates fast and articulate riffage across the full scale length.

Sonically, the Synchromatic Falcon loads in two Hi-Fidelity Filter'Tron humbucking pickups. These humbuckers are bright, punchy, and serve the overall resonant character of the hollow-body design exceptionally. In addition, these Filter'Tron humbuckers are wired with individual pickup volume controls, master volume and tone controls, and a treble bleed circuit that retains high-end signal even at lowered volumes.

The Synchromatic Falcon looks to stick its landing with a number of sturdy hardware specifications. A bone nut and Grover Super Rotomatic tuning machines land at one end of the scale for streamlined stringing while an Adjusto-Matic bridge and Bigsby B60 V-Cutout vibrato land at the opposite end for deep pitch bends. Gold hardware plating ties the Falcon visually together with gold sparkle binding on the body, neck, and headstock. This Synchromatic Collection series model travels with an included Deluxe hardshell case.
