The Fender Limited Edition American Performer Stratocaster is an innovative upgrade to the classic Fender Stratocaster sound. In a new and revolutionary addition, the Fender American Performer Stratocaster builds on iconic single-coil sounds by incorporating new Yosemite single-coil pickups. The new pickups are matched by a push-pull pot control and Greasebucket tone system to switch and mix between pickup outputs to delve deeper into tonal experimentation. Among the three pickups, the Greasebucket tone system enables players to combine the bridge pickup into a mix of neck and middle. In third position, the bridge pickup can be added to a neck and middle mix to create new tones using all three single-coil pickups. The American Performer Stratocaster is further embellished with jumbo-sized frets and a satin-finished, “Modern C”-shaped neck for a smooth and streamlined playing experience. The Fender Limited Edition American Performer Stratocaster is a product of classic Fender Stratocaster quality with revolutionary hardware innovations.
