+120 WHP. +151 WTQ. 100% Bolt-On. Our Formline® Turbo Manifolds for the 2021+ F-150 and Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost replace restrictive OEM castings with precision-engineered 347 stainless steel, improving flow, turbo response, and long-term durability while retaining OEM fitment and emissions compliance.
NEXT-GEN POWER, PROVEN FORMLINE® ENGINEERING.
FULL-RACE FORMLINE® TURBO MANIFOLDS FOR THE GEN3 3.5L ECOBOOST.
Ford’s third-generation 3.5L EcoBoost is the strongest and most advanced yet, but even this refined engine has one leftover weak link: the exhaust manifolds. Built for cost efficiency, the stock castings are known to warp, crack, and restrict flow once heat and boost rise.
That’s why we built the Full-Race Formline® Turbo Manifolds for the 2021+ F-150 and Raptor. Designed from the ground up for the GEN3 EcoBoost 3.5L, these manifolds fix the factory flaws with the same proven approach we’ve used across previous generations: stronger materials, smarter geometry, and real-world testing.
Each Formline® manifold is investment-cast from 347 stainless steel, a high-temperature alloy chosen for its strength, heat tolerance, and corrosion resistance. Unlike the factory castings that fatigue over time, 347 stainless holds its shape through countless heat cycles, preventing warping, cracking, and exhaust leaks, even under heavy boost.
But strength is only part of the story. Inside, the Formline® design improves how the GEN3 EcoBoost breathes. Each runner is precisely shaped and balanced to smooth exhaust velocity and reduce backpressure, helping the turbos spool faster and respond more predictably. Additionally, the outlets are port-matched to the 40mm turbo inlets, eliminating pre-turbo restriction and allowing gases to transition cleanly without turbulence or flow loss.
Because every detail was built around the GEN3’s unique architecture, these manifolds also retain compatibility with the factory cooled-EGR system, helping control combustion temps and improve knock resistance under load. Installation is fully bolt-on with no tuning or modifications required, and every kit includes Inconel studs, nuts, and gaskets for a clean, leak-free fit.
The result is smoother power delivery, faster spool-up, and consistent reliability — no matter how you drive.
Whether you’re chasing more power, better longevity, or just peace of mind before your next long haul, the Formline® Manifolds give your EcoBoost a stronger foundation to build on — and the confidence to keep pushing it.

FEATURES & BENEFITS
40mm Port-Matched Outlets: +38% larger outlet area for smoother exhaust flow into the turbocharger inlet. OEM outlets measure 34mm; Formline® outlets are precision-matched at 40mm to eliminate pre-turbo restriction and improve spool.
Proven Power & Reliability: Improved flow directly translates to more horsepower, faster spool, and smoother throttle response — with dyno‑proven gains up to +120 WHP / +151 WTQ when tuned.
347 Stainless Steel Construction: Investment-cast from aerospace-grade 347 stainless steel for superior resistance to heat, cracking, and corrosion — even under sustained high-boost conditions (rated to 1740°F / 950°C).
Optimized Flow & Turbo Response: Refined runner geometry and a balanced merge design reduce backpressure and improve exhaust velocity, helping turbos spool quicker while delivering stronger midrange torque and top-end power.
Thicker 15mm Flange Design: Warped flanges are one of the most common causes of exhaust leaks. The Formline® design uses a consistent 15mm (½") flange thickness across the entire manifold — keeping the sealing surface perfectly flat and secure through countless heat cycles.
EGR-Compatible for Knock Resistance: Retains the factory cooled-EGR system (unique to the GEN3 EcoBoost), helping control combustion temps, reduce knock, and maintain consistent performance under load.
Inconel Hardware Kit Included: Includes premium A286 Inconel studs, nuts, and new gaskets for a complete installation. These aerospace-grade fasteners resist fatigue, corrosion, and thermal expansion far beyond OEM hardware.
49-State Emissions Compliant: SEMA Certified for EPA compliance — proven through lab testing to meet federal emissions standards in 49 states (excluding California).
Direct Bolt-On Fitment: Installs easily using factory mounting points. No cutting, drilling, or custom fabrication required.
Compatible with OEM & Upgrade Turbos: Engineered to fit both factory and aftermarket turbochargers for future flexibility as your build evolves.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Built to last and backed by Full-Race’s limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Optional Install Kit (Recommended) — Sold Separately: Keep your install simple and leak-free with all-new lines, seals, and service hardware. This is ideal when replacing heat-cycled factory parts during manifold service.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters.
That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception.
SPOILER:
The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured.
I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2.
Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
