A quick drying general purpose full gloss industrial enamel based on a modified styrenated air
drying alkyd for use on pre-primed steel or alloys. All surfaces must be clean and dry.
Colour fading will appear after 3 – 4 years depending on exposure to UV. The life of QD can be
extended by adding anti-corrosive pigment
All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use with thinners

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean and dry before painting.
NEW WORK: Degrease, clean and apply one coat QD Primer (Red oxide or Zinc
Phosphate).
REDECORATING: Abrade lightly and recoat.
NB: Check compatibility of coating with previous coats before redecorating.
LIMITATIONS
1.Thick coatings take longer to through dry and thus to overcoat.
2. Wrinkling can occur if sufficient through drying had not occurred.
3. Adhesion failure results on poorly prepared surfaces.
FEATURES
