The clasp also helps prevent rain entering the bag, which is made from water-repellent polyester. Safety and visibility have been taken into consideration, with reflective sides and a place to attach LED lighting. The City Double Bag is easily attached to a bike's luggage carrier in several ways – with the Basil’s Universal Bridge system or Basil’s MIK (Mounting Is Key) system (pre-assembled MIK adapter place included). For carrying heavier loads, the bag can be combined with the Basil Distance Holder (sold separately) which keeps it away from the bike's spokes.
