1980年代のSPHINXの大ぶりビジューイヤリング。

トパーズのようなオレンジのオクタゴンシェイプストーンから、クリアストーンが敷き詰められたメタルバーが垂れさがり揺れる、端正でエレガントなデザイン。

オレンジのストーン表面、裏側には美しいカットが施され、揺らめくような輝き方が印象的。

クリアストーンがセットされた部分のメタルのみが、白い輝きを引き立てるためにシルバートーンメタルとなっており、SPHINXのこだわりを感じさせます。

身に纏えば存在感抜群で、暖かな煌めきがお顔周りを華やかに演出してくれるお品です。ドレスアップシーンにもおすすめ。

【SPHINX(スフィンクス)とは】
1948年にイギリスで創業したジュエリーカンパニー。まるで本物のジュエリーに見える、高品質で美しいデザインのコスチュームジュエリーを制作していました。自社製品の他にもKenneth Jay Lane、Nina Ricciなどのデザイナーや、ヨーロッパやアメリカの高級デパート向けにジュエリーデザインを手掛けていました。
刻印には"SPHINX"とシリアルナンバー、またはどちらか一方が刻まれましたが、需要を満たすために刻印をせず、急いで出荷していた時期も。会社は1990年代後半に閉業しました。

The drawers can easily be reconfigured with convenient criss cross dividers. All are nicely, lightly lined. It arrived well packaged with corner protectors. There was a bit of a smell but it was gone after airing it overnight in the bathroom.
