Discover the intricate nuances of political culture in later medieval England with this compelling collection of essays by the celebrated historian Simon Walker. This unique volume features a rich exploration of themes such as kingship, lordship, and the evolving dynamics of medieval warfare and sanctity. Each essay offers valuable insights into the period, covering significant topics like the family's role in politics as seen through Sir Richard Abberbury's lineage and the administration of Yorkshire’s Justices of the Peace. Delve deep into the life of Janico Dartasso, a medieval man-at-arms, and understand Richard II's perspectives on kingship and the concept of political saints. Walker's analysis of rumor, sedition, and popular protest, particularly during the reign of Henry IV, presents a fascinating lens on the times. This collection not only highlights Walker's influential legacy but also serves as an essential resource for scholars and enthusiasts of late medieval studies. With an introduction by G.L. Harriss, contextualizing Walker's significant contributions to historiography, this volume is a must-have for anyone interested in the complexities of politics and culture during this transformative period in England’s history. Perfect for historians, students, and anyone passionate about medieval political culture.Shipping Notes

Great dog toy
Size: 8 Inch, Color: Pink
The amount of stupid and cute these dogs look like when they shake this ball and smack their own faces! It took a hot second for either dog to understand where to bite on the ball, but now that they do, they both will play with it for a while. Great purchase, came with a pump to blow the ball up.

Perfect ball
Size: Large, Color: Black
My doodle loves this ball perfect size for a 55lbs dog. Easy for her to pick up. Though she shakes it and hits her head but she likes it! Go figure🫤

All star
Size: Large, Color: Black, Size: Large, Color: Black
Somehow my puppers knew this was for him immediately...I hadn't even inflated it with the included ball pump yet! He sat patiently waiting and then just lost it when it was ready for play. He uses the tabs to grab it but also can grab the side of the ball and hasn't punctured it yet. He loves when we do foot work trying to get it. He posed just like the Pros for a picture afterward. Paws down Teddy's new favorite toy.
