It is tremendous to use as a clipping aid to provide a bright visual. To use, simply start by applying Tail Adhesive to form hair to the desired position. Spray a coat of Blizzard and clip. Next spray alternating coats of Tail Adhesive and Blizzard to build and thicken the hair follicles.
