Maximum Performance: Using the same high-performance Bi-LED projector we have deployed in many recent products, the XB Gen IIs for the Grand Cherokee will meet & exceed the highest expectations in the performance department. Not only will they smoke most other aftermarket headlights for the GC, but they’ll also easily deliver a huge boost in light output over the OEM Bi-xenon headlights for the Grand Cherokee too, with an incredibly bright and wide low beam, and a high beam that destroys darkness. The Morimoto Gen II Headlights are DOT compliant with all FVMSS108 regulations for on-road use in the USA.

DRL Optics: The turn signals and daytime running lights illuminate modern 3D-TIR optics with special optical surface textures that enhance intensity at a distance, no matter day or night. These easily out-shine the low-tech daytime running lights found in most every other aftermarket headlights for the Grand Cherokee since they are essentially copies of the optics from the well-engineered OEM Bi-Xenon headlights--making them appear identical on the road.

Easy to Personalize: Forget the fact that these are a more affordable Gen II model, we have packed them with features like our signal swap system, which allows users to personalize how the daytime running lights and turn signals operate according to personal preference, all through a simple plug n play key on the back of each headlight. The DRL can be configured to run full-time in either white or amber with no compromise in intensity either way. The turn signal, though seemingly unexciting, can operate sequentially or in a more traditional on-off mode with an elegant fade-off effect. Either way, your turn signals will get noticed!

Start-up Sequence: When starting your Jeep, the DRL Optics will automatically illuminate in a multi-stage sequence when coming to life. Unlike every other feature baked into the headlights, this does absolutely nothing to improve performance. But executed properly, it does look cool, and there’s nothing wrong with that!

OE Fit & Installation: All Morimoto headlights are expertly crafted to match all OE specifications to ensure perfect fitment and hassle-free installation. They will bolt onto the original mounting points and line up to the surrounding sheet-metal without any massaging, and then plug into the factory wire harness and then work without errors on the dash, flickering, flashing, or radio interference. Thoughtfully engineered for a modification-free install. No factory warranties void. No headaches. These are compatible with all 14-22 Grand Cherokees, whether yours has OEM Halogen headlights, OEM Bi-Xenon, or OE Bi-Xenon with AFS (turning)*. All wiring and adapters are in the box. *While AFS trucks won’t retain this feature with the Morimoto headlights, there’s no error codes or dummy lights either.
