Domaine des Tourelles Vieilles Vignes CinsaultDomaine des Tourelles was founded in 1868, and this wine comes from Cinsault vines over 50 years old in the Western Bekaa Valley. The grapes are hand picked and fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for ten days, with malolactic fermentation starting of its own accord.
