How to Use & Dosage
- General dose is ½ to 1 teaspoon (approx. 2-5 g) of the powder once daily, preferably after a main meal with lukewarm water.
- If you are new to using this herb, start with ½ teaspoon for the first 7 days and monitor your body’s response.
- For optimal benefits use consistent for 4–8 weeks.
