Botanicals are added via the one-shot method, meaning the final spirit goes straight to bottle without dilution from a concentrate. Four botanicals do all the work: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, and liquorice root. Dry and piney on the nose with lemon zest, it delivers crisp juniper up front, coriander spice through the mid-palate, and a long finish with light pepper and rooty depth.
