A 2-inch-deep body based on the Electrotone’s from the ‘60s resonates beautifully and allows for plenty of low-end projection. The Gretsch G6122T Players Edition Country Gentleman - Walnut has faux f-holes which give more control over potential or purposeful feedback, and are certainly pleasing to look at. If you’re a rolled ebony fingerboard fan, this one will surely not disappoint in richness and feel, smooth as can be. It’s also adorned with Pearloid thumbnail inlays, and the “U” shaped maple neck features Luminlay side dots for visibility in the dimmest of stage lighting.
