Do I need additional equipment for the exams?
All answers must be written in black pen.

Why do I need to enter an option code?
GCSE History allows you to customise the course by selecting from a variety of different historical periods depending on your personal interests. Different combinations have different entry codes and it is vital that you enter the correct code to ensure you get papers on the correct historical periods. The link to ‘Find your paper option code here’ takes you to the AQA or Pearson website where you can select the periods of history you are studying to generate the correct code. We recommend that you then copy the correct code into the application form to avoid any errors.
