A mailbox can be not only a simple post box but a masterpiece which decorates your exterior.
Here is a hand forged mail box decoratively done with 2 swallows, ivy leaves (by 5 leaves on each side of a post) and flowers (3 clusters of flower and each cluster consists of a poppy box, 2 roses, 1 pion). It has no lock, no keys. It has a red flag for a postman. A mailbox door has a nice door handle.

Colour: black covered by copper and bronze patina with some other nice colors, finished with lacquering.

Each piece is forged at extremely high temperature and hammered by hand. Pliable when glowing hot, the iron is shaped into graceful, flowing forms. In our world of high technology, there is a distinct place for organic forms and hand-wrought metal design elements.
