There is also a dash (about 5%) of late harvest Pinot Gris from 2020 aged 24 months in barrel, then carefully blending with the fresh juice of Pesecká Leánka 2022.
The result is elegant, creamy and layered, with exciting tertiary tones and surprising flavours popping on the palate. The volcanic character is undeniable: it's spicy, temperamental and with no posturing, just like the people and vineyards of the region where this wine is born.
