This is a custom original hand painted watercolor portrait of your home/ business/ landscape. You send me a photo of the home and I draw and paint from that reference. I can add/take away things from the painting as long as you tell me before I begin. I can add flowers, wreaths, take away the dead landscape, change the color of doors, etc. 

This is not a digital print or a computer generated rendering, these are hand painted and made to order. 

*These paintings usually take 2-3 weeks or more to complete in peak seasons (Mothers Day and Christmas). Message me if you need this by a certain date please!! *

Your painting will come unframed on your choice of an 8x10, 12x12, 11x14  or 12x16 piece of high quality watercolor paper. *Framing tips- I recommend finding a frame with a white mat inside and a glass center. All of the sizes are easily found in stores.

Please make sure to take a photo on a sunny day with good lighting so I can see all parts of the home. Sending additional up close photos of the door and landscape is sometimes required.

***IMPORTANT*** After you order, please keep an eye on your email, often times I will be emailing you asking follow up details. Please be sure to check- if I do not have answers to my questions before I begin painting, I will make my own artistic decisions. Usually the only thing I change is making the grass nice and green and making trees fuller. But I can change anything about the photo you send if you tell me before I paint.
