A re imagined urban landscape through the lens of industrial decay and re purposed beauty. The cityscape is “constructed” from an assembly of scrap metal.  The yellow hue echoes the traditional colours of earth-moving machinery. The sparse composition also gives the impression of an abandoned, forgotten city 

This image was part of Janyne’s portfolio as a finalist for Creative Photographer of the Year and won a silver distinction award at the 2024 Iris Photography Awards run by the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography.
