• Offer Duration: This membership is valid for 14 consecutive days (2 weeks only) from the date of activation.
• Membership Fee: The promotional fee is 18 KWD, payable in full upon registration.
• Unlimited Access: Members may access the gym an unlimited number of times during the 14-day membership period.
• Facility Access: Membership includes access to all available training zones, including:
• Cardio Equipment
• Strength Training Area
• Functional Training Area
• Free Weights and Standard Gym Equipment
• Operating Hours: Access is permitted during all official gym operating hours.
• Training Services: This offer provides facility access only and does not include personal training sessions, group classes, coaching, nutritional guidance, or customized workout programs unless separately purchased.
• Liability Waiver: Members exercise at their own risk. By purchasing this membership, members confirm that they are physically capable of exercising independently and understand the safe use of gym equipment.
• Non-Refundable: All payments are final. This membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be frozen, paused, or extended.
• Gym Rules: Members must comply with all gym policies, maintain proper hygiene, respect staff and other members, and return equipment to its designated place after use.
• Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any member who violates gym rules without entitlement to a refund.

الشروط والأحكام: اشتراك دخول النادي غير المحدود لمدة 14 يوماً

• مدة الاشتراك: يسري هذا الاشتراك لمدة 14 يوماً متتالية فقط (أسبوعين) من تاريخ التفعيل.
• رسوم الاشتراك: قيمة العرض الترويجي 18 دينار كويتي تُدفع بالكامل عند التسجيل.
• دخول غير محدود: يحق للعضو دخول النادي بعدد غير محدود من المرات طوال فترة الاشتراك.
• المرافق المشمولة: يشمل الاشتراك استخدام جميع مناطق التدريب المتاحة، بما في ذلك:
• منطقة الكارديو
• منطقة الأوزان والأجهزة
• منطقة التدريب الوظيفي (Functional Training)
• الأوزان الحرة وجميع الأجهزة الرياضية الأساسية
• ساعات الدخول: يمكن للعضو استخدام النادي خلال جميع ساعات العمل الرسمية.
• الخدمات التدريبية: هذا الاشتراك مخصص لدخول المرافق فقط، ولا يشمل التدريب الشخصي أو الحصص الجماعية أو الاستشارات الغذائية أو البرامج التدريبية الخاصة إلا إذا تم شراؤها بشكل منفصل.
• إخلاء المسؤولية: يتدرب العضو على مسؤوليته الشخصية، ويقر بأنه قادر صحياً على ممارسة التمارين الرياضية ويعلم كيفية استخدام الأجهزة الرياضية بطريقة آمنة.
• عدم الاسترداد: جميع المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد أو التحويل لشخص آخر، ولا يمكن تجميد الاشتراك أو تمديده أو إيقافه مؤقتاً.
• الالتزام بقوانين النادي: يجب على الأعضاء الالتزام بكافة لوائح النادي والمحافظة على النظافة العامة واحترام العاملين والأعضاء الآخرين وإعادة المعدات إلى أماكنها المخصصة بعد الاستخدام.
• حق الإدارة: تحتفظ إدارة النادي بحق إلغاء أو تعليق العضوية في حال مخالفة الأنظمة أو التعليمات دون أحقية المطالبة باسترداد الرسوم المدفوعة.
