Additional information

Children and adolescents over the age of 12:

Recommended doses: 1 tablet, if necessary, the dose can be repeated, but not more often than every 4-6 hours. Do not take more than 6 tablets per day.

Indications

Symptomatic treatment of ailments associated with acute sinusitis, headache caused by obstruction of the paranasal sinuses, swelling of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses causing a feeling of nasal congestion, excessive nasal discharge (runny nose).

Active substance

One film-coated tablet contains: 650 mg of paracetamol (Paracetamolum), 10 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride (Phenylephrini hydrochloridum) and 4 mg of chlorophenamine maleate (Chlorphenamini maleas)

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed in section 6 of the leaflet;

Severe liver failure;

Severe kidney failure;

Hypertension;

Severe cardiovascular diseases (such as coronary artery disease, angina pectoris);

Tachycardia;

Cardiac arrhythmias;

Hyperthyroidism;

Glaucoma;

Treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and for 2 weeks after their discontinuation;

Children under the age of 12;

Pregnancy, breastfeeding period.
