The vineyard's clay soils retain moisture and slow ripening, feeding the wine's characteristic texture and salinity. Fermented and aged in French oak, it delivers yellow peach, apricot, beeswax, and ripe lime with a fleshy, mouthfilling weight balanced by firm, juicy acidity and a long, saline finish. Sealed under screwcap at 13.5% ABV.
