Adjust the chill cycles or product target temperatures from 40 to -5 degrees Fahrenheit easily with the intuitive touch screen control and automatic or manual operation. This blast chiller can accommodate up to (26) 12″ x 20″ x 2 1/2″ deep pans or (13) 18″ x 26″ full size pans.
