At this height a transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied so the factory front driveshaft can be reused. The rear uses high-strength steel lift blocks, add-a-leaf springs, heavy-duty air bag spacers, u-bolts, and a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 performance shocks.

Notes

- Dually and Mega Cab models with the 8-bolt Aisin transmission require BDS122409 differential relocation kit. The 8-bolt kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal.
- Vehicles equipped with a manual t-case require BDS122423 manual transfer case shifter extension.
- Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 carrier bearing drop.
