Australian Organic barleygrass is dried using special Low Temperature Drying Technology, then milled with an advanced Fine-Pin Milling System to produce a smaller particle size to preserve potency and increase nutrient bioavailability NO flash-air drying at high temperatures is used in the production of Australian Organic barleygrass.
The shoots of young Barleygrass are able to pull nutrients from the soil very effectively and contain most of the nutrients required for human life. These include calcium, potassium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc etc. as well as important plant pigments such as beta carotene and chlorophyll.
