Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, with sherry seasoned European oak for roasted richness and a subtle inclusion of ex-bourbon casks for a final sweetness that emulates the dessert wine character of the tea that inspired it. Warm honey in colour, with summery peach, apricot, floral honey, and tropical fruit on the nose, and a palate of fresh peaches in rich syrup, warm citrus, toffee, and a delicate leafy astringency on the finish.
