The ARC Ultimate Cartridge Case Annealer is the most advanced bench-top annealer available on the planet!  ADG is working directly in conjunction with ARC Precision to bring this product to the U.S.  ADG is the exclusive importer of the ARC Ultimate Cartridge Case Annealer for the U.S. market.

The ARC Ultimate annealer comes complete with a case feeder and automatic feed system.  It utilizes MHT technology to allow precise control of the annealing temperature AT a specified location on the neck, shoulder, or body of the cartridge case.  The ARC Ultimate annealer accomplishes this by utilizing MHT technology.  MHT Technology is an array of 5 thermal sensors that simultaneously monitor that annealing process on the cartridge case.  When the temperature gets to the user specified level at the user specified location, the annealing process is halted and the case drops out of the machine.

No codes are required!  The MHT Technology accounts for case-to-case dimensional variations and applies the required induction to each cartridge case individually to achieve the desired temperature.  This means that the case-to-case consistency is controlled and the unit is not simply applying the same induction to every case.  This level of precision and consistency is the kind that you, and we, expect for achieving the best possible results!

The ARC Ultimate Cartridge Case Annealer comes with an automatic case feeder.  If you do not want to use the feeder, cases can simply be dropped into the funnel one at a time.  They will be processed and released from the ARC Ultimate and allow you drop in the next case in a matter of seconds!  Starting level annealing settings settings will be published for all calibers that ADG produces on each of the cartridge case product pages to achieve a “factory” anneal.  The user can then experiment to achieve the anneal level that will produce the best neck tension for their specific load.  These will be available and shipping starting in March or April of 2025.
