Indication
- Cascara is a non-griping stimulant laxative used to relieve constipation by stimulating gastric secretions and tonifying the bowel.
- Dandelion promotes bile flow, supports healthy liver and gall bladder function, and aids the excretion of metabolic waste products.
- Licorice is used as a laxative and a demulcent to soothe irritated tissues and is also used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve abdominal spasms.
- Peppermint is used as a carminative to relieve flatulence, colic, abdominal pain, and digestive spasms.

No added wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, animal products, sucrose, lactose, egg, nuts, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly formula.
Dose
Adults - Take 2 tablets once daily, with water before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Warning
- Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before taking this product.
- Drink plenty of water when taking this medicine.
- Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
- Use in children under 12 years is not recommended.
- Store below 25°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
