Maximum Performance: Thanks to an array of high output Bi-LED projectors, the second generation XB headlights for the S550 will meet and exceed the highest expectations in the performance department. Here, our new Mustang headlight utilizes triple Bi-LED projectors to deliver unmatched light output, with an incredibly bright and wide low beam, and a high beam that destroys darkness. The Morimoto XB Gen 2 Headlights are DOT compliant with all FVMSS108 regulations for on-road use in the USA.

DRL Optics: The turn signals and daytime running lights illuminate modern reflector-based optics with special optical surface textures that enhance intensity at a distance, no matter day or night. These easily out-shine the low-tech daytime running lights found in many other aftermarket headlights for the Mustang, including our previous gen units.

Easy to Personalize: The Signal Swap system allows users to personalize how the daytime running lights and turn signals operate according to personal preference, all through a simple plug and play key on the back of each headlight. The DRL can be configured to run in either white or amber with no compromise in intensity either way. The turn signals can operate sequentially from side to side, or in a more traditional on-off mode with an elegant fade-off effect.

Start-up Sequence: When starting your ‘Stang, the optics will automatically illuminate in a multi-stage sequence before turning back off. Unlike every other feature baked into the XB Gen II headlights, this does absolutely nothing to improve performance. But executed properly, it does look cool, and there’s nothing wrong with that!

OE Fit & Installation: All Morimoto XB headlights are expertly crafted to match all OE specifications to ensure perfect fitment and hassle-free installation. They will bolt onto the original mounting points and line up to the surrounding sheet-metal without any massaging. They then plug into the factory wire harness and work without errors on the dash, flickering, flashing, or radio interference. Thoughtfully engineered for a modification-free install.
