Juniper led, it is complimented with specially selected botanicals including Mediterranean citrus fruits and locally foraged elderflower. Tasting notes: Nose: Juniper led with a floral hint from the elderflower and sweet undertones of orange peels and lemon zest. Palate: Clean heady juniper on the tongue, smooth with a citrus taste. Finish: Garnish and tonic opens up the gin to a citrus burst which the grapefruit enhances, floral notes then emerge finishing with a lingering crisp finish. Bold juniper that mellows with tonic leaving a mild peppery spice and fresh aftertaste. Distilled, bottled and labelled in Arbroath. 70CL - 42%ABV.
