The beer was moved out of barrel and onto organic Driscoll Victoria blackberries (from Herefordshire) and organic Driscoll Maravilla raspberries (also Herefordshire) in separate tanks. The team punched the fruit caps down daily once refermentation had commenced, after which the beer was on fruit for a total of five months before blending together with three further components blended into the beer before packaging.

This beer offers pure summer nostalgia, with jammy sweetness on the nose and notes of wild berries, forest floor and mint on the palate, with rounded acidity and confident effervescence. 

Ingredients: Malted barley (pilsner), raw wheat, aged hops (whole leaf fuggles, whole leaf strisselspalt, & whole leaf saaz), blackberries (driscoll victoria), raspberries (driscoll maravilla), water.
