The platform top ottoman base features gas lift arms which makes it easy and simple for the base to be lifted. A protective base board is also included. The gas piston strength on this frame is 85 N and can support mattresses up to the weight of 65 kg.

Please note: Birlea beds are only suitable for a UK standard size mattress and the recommended maximum mattress height is 305mm. The mattress needs to be on the bed for the pistons to work.
