The hardness is given with approx. 36-38 degrees, according to Japanese scale it is about 38-40 degrees. The sponge also offers a light built-in fresh adhesive effect that increases the catapult effect.
The Palio CJ 8000 Spin Premium is the slowest covering among the new 40+/premium pads, but this is relative as it is already significantly faster than all older models. The Palio CJ 8000 Spin's popular feel for play remains. As is customary by Palio, this flooring is also significantly more elastic than what many other Chinese brands can offer.
Ideally suited for an offensive European topspin game with longer arm movements. In addition to the high effe values, the high control values in relation to the speed can convince. The overall feeling of playing is quite similar to that of German or Japanese coverings, so that even changers with this covering will not make a mistake.
The Palio CJ 8000 Spin Premium has also received an upgrade for the upper rubber, the quality has improved noticeably.

My Female GSD loves

Shasta is my smallest. Six in December (2025) along with her brother. She’s 100 lbs and outside, completely ball driven see last picture. Don’t let the size (2.5”) of these Chuck-It balls deter you. If your larger Breed dog has any orthopedic issues, has already torn their ACL etc, one has arthritis but wants to play. This size is perfect!
Shazzy was born with several ortho issues. I don’t throw balls distance but right to her. This size and lighter weight assure even when Shazzy is spazzy w excitement, she’ll catch the ball mid air.
The green balls are softer, and glow in the dark. In summer we can play well past dusk and I can see them!
Her personality shows in the pictures. Playing ball is part of her. These balls are just perfect for her situation. Somehow they disappear, she loves making baskets, puts them in my tractor bucket, or my gardening bucket..then get put in burn pile, trash etc. I keep replacing them because she’d look day and night if we actually ran out!! 🙏✝️👍🏼👍🏼

Holds up pretty well.

Holds up against my velociraptor! Much better than some of the other holey balls that get torn apart quickly. I think this is a great idea to reuse old shoe soles into toys for the heavy chewers like heelers. I would like to see a large ball like 10-12 inch diameter, so they can push and throw it around.

Molly loves her ball!

Soft and easily caught by a rambunctious Border Collie. She loves her ball and points to it with her nose when she's ready for another game of "ball". Easy to throw and easy to clean of slobbers!
