La fermentazione e la maturazione a contatto con le fecce nobili sono eseguiti in botti di rovere francese. Un bianco in stile borgognone, di grande struttura e mineralità, complesso, da bere anche fra qualche anno.
Bianco corposo, da abbinare a secondi piatti a base di pesce e carni bianche, come baccalà in tempura e pollo fritto con chutney di albicocca.

Sturdy, Natural Option for Everyday Kitchen Prep

I was pleasantly surprised by these. They have a clean, natural wood smell and feel pretty durable. On the first couple uses, they were slightly rough and the edges felt a bit sharp, but that improved noticeably after a few washes. Now they feel much smoother. The size variety is a big plus—I’ve been able to use them for multiple purposes like prepping vegetables, fruits, and even meats. Overall, a solid value for the price, especially if you’re trying to replace plastic items with something more natural.
