Aeroflow Low Rise EFI GM LS Rectangle Port Intake ManifoldBase, Natural Cast Finish (AF6079-6003)

The Aeroflow Performance modular intake manifolds allow the end user to customize their intake manifold depending on each individual application. These cast aluminium intake manifold bases perform well and offer extremely good value when paired with our modular top plates (sold separately) to make a complete intake manifold for the very popular GM LS engine family. Alternatively, a custom top plate can be custom made to suit your custom application.

Aeroflow offer either a hi rise manifold base where bonnet modifications will be required. The long runner design allows for high rpm horsepower with big cube engines for a serious drag racer. A low-rise design manifold base which allows it to fit under a stock bonnet inmost street car applications. Short intake runners with tapered top are designed to increase air velocity and more evenly distribute airflow to all 8 cylinders improving performance and throttle response.

The modular design is made up of this bottom base which bolts to the cylinder heads and a top plate(sold separately) which bolts to the base with an O-ring to seal both components. Each base will fit either a cathedral port or rectangle port GM LS cylinder head. With a choice of NON-EFI with no injector bosses or EFI with 16injector bosses (8 undrilled) complete with fuel rails and cross over, designed to suit 14mm short length (33mm) fuel injectors. All bases have a provision for a LS style map sensor on the rear along with 1 x 3/8” NPT and 1 x 1/8” NPT ports with bungs.

These intake manifold bases are sold separately (as well as in complete intake manifolds and top plates) and can be paired with our modular top plates which are sold separately. Available in either natural cast or black power coated finishes.
