How to Use:
Starting from your entry way, light the end of a smudge stick over a heat safe tray. Use your hand to guide the smoke through your living space. Set a meaningful thought or affirmation, open your windows to release negative energy, reconnect to your positive thinking. After cleansing, extinguish your smudge stick by lightly pressing it into the heat safe tray making sure there is no more flame.
Please be both careful of your space and mindful of pets and small children when smudging.
