I bought this supplement during my pregnancy and absolutely love the quality of Thor supplements. It mainly contains magnesium and I highly recommend this brand. Horrible taste - synthetic sweetness than destroys my shakes. I bought Thorne because of its high quality but this is one of their products that won’t work for me. I’m struggling through the jar because it’s too expensive to waste. Using cacao powder, cinnamon & cardamom to try to tone down the overwhelming ‘sweet.’
