APMs are wireless and easily attach to a variety of access points that most security systems can’t monitor. Each APM communicates with a Hub using frequency-hopping spread spectrum technology for ultra long-range coverage of up to 1,500 ft. Each APM is designed to operate for up to eight (8) years on a single CR2 lithium battery (included) and is sealed in a weather-resistant enclosure to withstand extreme outdoor elements. The Perimify system is not intended to serve as a life-saving or life-safety device, nor is it intended to be a substitute for proper safety devices, barriers, or alarms.
