A warped, drooping clock face cascades over a gnarled bare tree trunk at the centre, flanked by a standing nude female figure with arms raised to the left and a small winged figure seated at the base to the right, while bare branches reach outward against open space.

Cast Bronze, Hand-Finished

Each element of this piece is produced using the traditional lost-wax casting method, which captures the dripping curvature of the melting clock face, the fibrous texture of the tree bark, and the refined anatomy of the figures with consistent fidelity across all 620kg of finished bronze. The surface carries a deliberately varied patina: warm golden-brown tones across the clock face with polished numerals 1 through 12, a deep dark-brown to near-black antique finish on the trunk and figures, and natural green verdigris oxidation across the upper branch tips. This interplay of tones rewards close inspection and evolves subtly with exposure to light and weather. The large-scale bronze sculpture rests on an irregular rocky mound base in dark patinated bronze, itself set on a flat rectangular plinth.

At 350cm, this is a statement work suited to grand civic and commercial interiors, hotel lobbies, covered courtyards, private estates, and open garden settings with significant sightlines.
