如果有一天，各種壞脾氣都化身成一隻隻小怪獸，在你情緒失控時會冒出來，然後將你整個人吞掉！哇～那該有多嚇人啊……
這本講述情緒主題的繪本，藉由這樣的設定，用生動具體的畫面，讓孩子明白：當自身擁有太多負面情緒時，就很有可能會被它所吞噬，進而影響日常生活的一舉一動。同時，也藉此引導孩子，要適時地覺察並調適、排解自我的情緒，而不要放任情緒到一發不可收拾的地步，才是保持心理健康的作法。
書中還談到了另一個關鍵點──既然這種不好的情緒是源自於自己，所以自己也是有能力可以消滅掉它的！這個觀念對孩子來說也是很重要的，提醒他們必須學習依靠自身的力量，來自我管控情緒，而不是被情緒所駕馭。
文末還畫了一個可愛的小單元，藉由各種小怪獸的形象，去講述不同類型的壞情緒，將「情緒」這個抽象概念更具體形象化，讓孩子能更生動地理解。

納迪亞．希琳（Nadia Shireen）
小時候喜歡自製雜誌和漫畫。大學主修法律，之後從事雜誌新聞工作。在這段時間裡，她又開始畫畫。在創作了許多繪畫後，納迪亞決定往繪畫方向走，並於2007年錄取劍橋安格利亞魯斯金大學的兒童圖書插圖碩士課程。她的處女作《Good Little Wolf》獲得了波隆納書展拉加茲新秀獎(Bologna Ragazzi Opera Prima Award)的提名，並獲得英國讀寫學會推薦圖書獎(UKLA Book Award)，還入圍羅德·達爾幽默童書獎(The Roald Dahl Funny Prize)和英國水石童書獎(The Waterstones Children's Book Prize)。目前住在倫敦。

It is a keeper for sure!

This is about 100% better than I ever imagined. It has every feature I want and none of the stuff I don't want. It has a SUPER long cord, it heats up quick and works exactly as it is supposed to. I steam cleaned everything from my stained concrete floors, THE ENTIRE COUCH, and low pile area rugs. Love this thing and SO MUCH cheaper that the competing brands.

Great and affordable cleaner

Just got my B&D steam cleaner. I really like it. It is quiet and makes quick work of cleaning the floors instead of scrubbing with a mop. It works great on my floors especially the wood and flat surfaces. I tried it on the ceramic floor and it definitely helped! The problem now is the grout, the cleaner can’t really reach that. This cleaner is light and easy to use. Yes, the cord is short but the extension cord helped a lot. If you order one, make sure to order extra pads because you go through them quick and it only comes with one.
