Nase:
Der Amphora Rosato 15+16+17 zeigt eine dichte und betörende rote Frucht von wilden Himbeeren, Brombeeren, Schlehen und Preiselbeeren. Mit etwas Sauerstoff dringen erfrischende Kräuternoten von Minze und Rosmarin hinzu, sowie rosa Pfeffer, Nelke und ein Hauch Zimt. Florale Duftnoten von Veilchen und Rosenblättern verleihen ihm einen femininen Anstrich.

Gaumen:
Saftig und kraftvoll ist das Stichwort am Gaumen, die beerige Frucht der Nase vereint sich mit einer mineralisch salzigen Spur und belebt die Sinne. Sein feiner Gerbstoff und die belebende Säure betören die Sinne und regen den Appetit an. Ein echter Umami-Wein und kongenialer Speisenbegleiter.
