The EVP Billet Fuel Rail & Plenum Clamp Kit for the Can-Am Maverick R is a high-performance reinforcement package designed to address the physical limitations of factory components when subjected to high boost and racing stress.

As horsepower levels climb—especially with X85 or P47 Turbo setups—the factory plastic and stamped components can become failure points. This kit replaces those parts with CNC-machined billet aluminum to ensure fuel delivery and intake pressures remain stable under grueling conditions.

Billet Fuel Rail Features

The EVP Fuel Rail is engineered for both immediate "plug-and-play" use and future-proofing for high-volume fuel demands.

  • Material: CNC-machined from billet aluminum and anodized black for maximum heat resistance and corrosion protection.

  • Versatile Fitting Options: * OEM Connection: Includes a Male 3/8 SAE ORB fitting that mates directly to your factory fuel hose without modification.

    • High-Flow Potential: The internal rail threading is -8AN. This allows you to easily upgrade your entire fuel system to a larger -8 size hose in the future if your build requires more volume.

  • Integrated Hardware: Includes Aluminum ORB SAE fittings for a leak-proof seal.

Plenum Reinforcement

High boost pressure can cause the factory intake plenum and hoses to "balloon" or blow off under load. This kit provides the necessary hardware to "bulletproof" the intake tract:

  • Plenum Hose Separators (2): Keeps the intake plumbing aligned and prevents hoses from rubbing or vibrating against other engine components.

  • Plenum Clamps (3): Heavy-duty clamps equipped with Socket Head Screws provide significantly more clamping force than standard worm-gear or spring clamps, ensuring your plenum stays sealed even at 30+ PSI.

Great upgrade from canned air for keyboard and desk cleaning
I picked this up mainly to clean my keyboard and desk setup, and it's done a solid job replacing the canned air I used to constantly restock. Blows Me Away!
It was time to clean out my business computers. Besides the general dust accumulation, dust builds up on the cooling fins of the CPU which can cause all kinds of computing issues. In the past I've used canned compressed air, which works well, but is getting expensive and doesn't last long. I spotted this on Amazon and, after watching the videos, decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did! The Wolfbox works just as well, if not better, than the canned air! In fact, it blew out some dust bunnies the canned air had missed! Canned air runs out quickly and loses power as the pressure decreases, leaving you with an empty can that needs to be recycled. The Wolfbox is rechargeable. After fully charging it I used it intermittently for about 15 minutes and it was still showing a full charge. This amount of use would translate into 2-3 cans of air. So many things today are slapped together with little thought given to their design. The Wolfbox, however, seems to be well thought out and designed. The Wolfbox includes several different nozzles to direct and concentrate the air stream. To turn it on, just press and hold the small orange button on the back of the handle. There is a 4 led charge indicator on the side of the handle that lights up. Then, simply aim the Wolfbox and pull the trigger. It's just that simple! If you finish the job and forget to turn it off, it will turn itself off after a couple of minutes to save the battery charge. This charge indicator also works during the charging process, flashing while charging and solid when fully charged. This was discounted to about $40, and that price helped me make the decision to try it. There apparently is a "New and Improved!" version now available at a higher price which promises more power. But this Wolfbox easily met my needs and exceeded my expectations. If you used cans of compressed air this will pay for itself in a reasonable amount of time and will not leave you with a bunch of empty cans to recycle.
