My grandparents came to Israel in the 20s and started a cow farm. I grew up visiting the farm and spent time with the cows, getting to know each one for their unique characteristics. Each cow was so distinctive from the next. Hulda was always angry. When the others would enjoy me petting their face or singing to them, Hulda would glare at me, and her expressions always made me laugh.
