artist biography
Gunnar Emil Zetterström was born January 8, 1902 in Stockholm. He was a Swedish painter.

He studied painting with renowned Swedish artist Carl Wilhelmson (1866-1928). Zetterström painted still lifes, landscapes and urban scenes, often of Stockholm. He participated in a group exhibition at Holmquist's konstsalong in 1946 and numerous group exhibitions.

Zetterström is represented in the collection of the Stockholm stadsmuseum (Stockholm City Museum).

Zetterström passed away in Stockholm in 1965.
