Everything about the SL-1210GR2’s construction is designed to reduce vibration and improve sound quality. The die-cast aluminium platter's advanced design ensures superior sound quality by combining a two-layer construction with strategic deadening rubber to eliminate unwanted resonance and minimise vibration. The two-layered cabinet construction ensures high rigidity, further reducing vibrations and improving overall performance to ensure an outstanding listening experience.

The turntable uses gold-plated phono terminals for detachable cables, while metal shielding construction inside the case reduces the effects of external noise.

Fully Adjustable Tonearm

The tonearm on the SL-1210GR2 employs a lightweight, rigid aluminium pipe in the traditional static-balance universal S-shape and features gimbal suspension with a high-precision bearing. This meticulous construction ensures accurate tracking of record grooves. It also offers a wide range of adjustments, including VTA (Vertical Tracking Angle), weight and bias, making it ideal for a wide range of different cartridges. The detachable headshell makes swapping cartridges a quick and simple process.
